Week 1: 

This two-hour (offline or online) workshop explores what stress is, what the consequences are and how to deal with it. Participants will take part in interactive assignments and activities where the will explore what stress means to them and how to deal with stress. 

Although stress is a serious subject, this workshop is about having fun and (inter)action.

Week 2: 

All participants receive a recap of the workshop and the TCOYS anti-stress toolkit (by e-mail). Now they have all information needed to start dealing with and preventing (chronic) stress.

Week 3: 

One-hour online Q&A with and opening of the online community where participants have a safe space to talk about stress and how to deal with it.


Week 4: 

One-hour online session with already shared and new anti-stress tools, closing of the program with most important lessons learned.

Objective and outcome


⦁ Participants will learn where stress comes from and how to deal with stress.
⦁ Participants will experience how to lower their stress level.
⦁ Participants will create a personal stress plan.  

⦁ Participants will learn and practice tools to lower their stress level.

⦁ Participants are motivated to start talking about stress and help each other out.
